Just comfortable workout clothes and indoor shoes. We provide gloves and wraps.

No. Beginners do technique, pad work, and bag work only. Zero contact until you choose to progress.

How often should I train as a beginner?
Two sessions per week is ideal for beginners. This gives your body time to recover while maintaining momentum.
Do you prepare fighters for competition?
Yes. The Advanced Sparring program includes competition preparation — fight camp periodization, tactical game planning, weight management guidance, and mental conditioning. Fight camp is typically 8-12 weeks.
